Some problems with the wires

When the wire becomes glazed (smooth) and stops cutting, it produces a devastating effect on the inner steel and the rubber. The wire overheats and, as a result, the rubber detaches easily. When this happens, water and cutting sludge erode and corrode the inner steel, leading to breakages.

The photo on the right shows a close-up of the bead, where the condition of the diamond can be seen. The wire is not always the source of the problem; in some cases, the issue is caused by the machine, configuration problems, or pulling defects. It is necessary to analyze the source of the problem before applying modifications to the machine’s parameters, such as peripheral speed or amperage.
